We repair household appliances in Colorado Springs and nearby communities. Arrival windows are estimates, and service availability depends on location, parts, and schedule.
A diagnostic or service call fee may apply and will be told to you before we visit. After diagnosis we give you a repair estimate, and we only start repairs after you approve it. If we find an additional issue, we will explain it and get your approval before any added work.
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are shared when you book. Any late fee applies only if it was stated in writing before service and is allowed by Colorado law.
Any warranty on parts or labor is stated on your estimate or invoice. Warranties do not cover unrelated or pre existing problems, misuse, or damage that happens after service. Manufacturer warranties are handled by the manufacturer.
Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. If our technician arrives and cannot access the appliance, a service call fee may apply, as explained when you booked.
